Nokia’s latest addition to the N series range is the N96 3G smart-phone. The N series range already includes the Nokia N95 8GB and the Nokia N95. The N96 is brilliantly designed with a 6.1 inch diagonal TFT display, sixteen million colours with 240 x 320 pixel resolution QVGA LCD screen.
The weight of the phone is 125 grams and the dimensions are 103mm in height, 55mm in width and 18mm in depth. The N96 is a little bit bigger than the N95 but considering the amount of technology built into the phone it still feels solid. A big perk to the stylish N96 is the 16GB built in memory and the choice of additional memory using a MicroSD card.
The N96 comes with a superb 5 Mega-pixel camera with Carl Zeiss optic lens. Other great features include auto focus, auto exposure and an LED flash. We heard through the grape vine of a possible 6 Mega-pixel camera for this phone may be coming out at the end of this year, now that would be amazing.

If you thought there wasn’t much more the amazing N96 could have technology wise then you are mistaken. The Web browser supports HTML and Javascript allowing the user to have a great roaming experience.
With all 3G smartphones the life of the battery is never great the N96 will provide around 20 hours standby time and 3 hours talktime. The phone will need to be put on charge over night, with all the amazing functions there will always be something to use on the phone.
